Cancellation Policy of Hotel Reservations
All Room cancellations must be emailed prior to the below deadlines:
- Room cancellations received until and including March 30, 2020 – full refund.
- Room cancellations received between March 31, 2020 and May 31, 2020- 25% of the accommodation fee will be refunded
- As of June 01, 2020 – no refund will be made.
- No show – no refund will be made
